Just a few of the fruits we grow
Sabras (prickly pears) are the fruit of the Opuntia cactus. Originally imported to Israel from New Mexico and Arizona, the sabra has become a symbol of modern Israel.
The black sapote is sometimes called the chocolate pudding fruit because when it's ripe, it looks like chocolate pudding, The fruit, native to Central America is delicious, messy and high in Vitamin C.
Feijoa are delicious. They taste like a mix of guava and pineapple. The fruit South America. It's loaded with vitamins and minerals and rich in fiber.
You probably see avocados in every supermarket. Ours are special because we grew them from the pit. These trees were originally grown from avocados we purchased in the supermarket.
Starfruit (caronbola) is very low in calories but high in vitamins and minerals. Some research shows it may be an anti-cancer fruit because it's high in antioxidants and fiber.
These blue java bananas are sometimes called the ice cream banana. Once you taste it you'll know why. It is so sweet and creamy.
